Evo malo ulaznih podataka, a ako neko ima neku informaciju o pojedinim sastojcima, neka prica. 1 c Miracle Whip 1/3 c sweet relish 1/4 c French dressing (orange not red) 1 T sugar 1/4 t black pepper 1 t minced onion Mix Ingredients Well. --------------------------------------------------------------- McDonalds Big Mac Sauce This recipe is from the 1968 McDonald's Manager's Handbook put out in 1969 (1968 year) They quickly removed the recipe after realizing they had a very appealing "secret sauce." It was included as an emergency recipe in the event a particular store ran out of the pre-made sauce. Enjoy! 1/4 C. Svaka cast na temi. Da znas, dobar je McDonalds al Big Mac je zakon! Znas kako probaj sve ove pojmove sto ne znamo sta su (npr. Miracle Whip, relish i sl.) da ukucas u google i to npr. define: relish, pa onda define: Miracle Whip...ko zna, mozda google izbaci neki sinonim ili objasnjenje pa zakljucimo sta je....

U principu, taj sos je mešavina kečapa i majoneza.

20-medium onions or 3 lbs. 2 lbs. sweet peppers 6 large cucumbers or 4 lbs. 1 can of pimentos (drained) 3/4 cups pickling salt 4 cups cold water 4 cups vinegar white 1 package celery 7 cups white sugar 1 tablespoon mustard seed (optional) Put cucumbers, onions and peppers through coarse food chopper. Dice pimento and celery. Put all in large bowl. Add pickling salt and water and let stand 4 hours. Drain thoroughly. Make syrup with white sugar, vinegar, and mustard seed. Bring to a boil. Add drained vegetables. Simmer 10 minutes. Put in jars and seal. Salt 4 tsp celery seed 2 tsp. Turmeric ½ tsp. Pepper 4 cups vinegar 4 cups sugar Combine veggies and salt and let stand for 2 hours. Drain well, add rest of ingredients and cook slowly for 1 hour. dill pickle relish
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon mixed pickling spice 4 pounds pickling cucumbers, chopped 2 medium onions, chopped 1 small head cabbage, chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 cups apple cider or apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup granulated sugar 2 tablespoons snipped fresh dill weed 1 tablespoon pickling salt 5 to 10 sprigs fresh dill weed Instructions: Tie pickling spice in a spice bag or cheesecloth. In a 6 to 8-quart saucepan, combine spice bag and remaining ingredients except dill sprigs. Mix well. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove spice bag. Immediately fill hot pint or half-pint jars with mixture leaving 1/2 inch head space. Place 1 to 2 sprigs of dill weed on top of mixture. Carefully run a nonmetallic utensil down inside of jars to remove trapped air bubbles. Wipe jar tops and threads clean. Place hot lids on jars and screw bands on firmly. Stvar je u tome da sos za Big Mac se proizvodi u Dijamantu - imao sam priliku da vidim pakovanje ispred Mac-a - i pise da Dijamant proizvodi ekskluzivno za MacDonalds taj sos.

ja sam mislio da je big mac sos obican tartar sos. Sto se tice sira on je obican. Ja sam tako pravio svoj Big mac, ali iz jednog sloja mesa, doduse debljeg. Nije bilo lose, ali ipak nije kao Big Mac.

Moja skraćena verzija. Pošto kod nas ne mogu da se nabave svi ti sosovi, iz svih potrebnih izvukao sam sastojke koji dominiraju Miracle Whip je klasičan majonez u koji se dodaje skrob i voda da bi se dobilo na količini. Ništa naročito. French salad dressing-sušeni beli luk, aleva,biber Sweet relish- ovde bih dodao kari, na vrh noža (obzirom da ide dosta celera).Samo treba paziti na kari jer ima jaku aromu.Možda je bolje da se ne stavlja . Dill pickle relish-mirođija,rendani kiseli krastavci -Prvo napravite Miracle Whip. Pravi se na sledeći način. Ključalom vodom (100 ml) preliti u maloj šerpi sledeće sastojke. 1 kašičicu brašna, 1 kašičicu gustina, 1 kašičicu sirćeta i pola kafene kašičice senfa. Dobro promešati i nastaviti sa kuvanjem na tihoj vatri dok ne postane gusto. Tu masu dodati u 100 gr. majoneza i ostaviti u frižider da se hladi. -Sada (u teglu) pomešajte sledeće: 2 kašičice mirodjije (može i sušena) 2 kašike rendanih kiselih kornišona 1 kašičica šećera u prahu 1 kašičica sirćeta 1 kašičica kečapa 1 kašičica sušenog crnog luka ili dve kašičice sitno seckanog svežeg 1/8 kašičice soli malo bibera 1 kašičica slatke aleve paprike 1/8 kašičice sušenog belog luka 200 gr. majoneza i pethodno napravljen Miracle Whip. Sve dobro izmešati, staviti u mikrotalasnu na 25 sekundi. Pomešajte i ostavite u frižider da se ukusi sjedine. Ključalom vodom (100 ml) preliti u maloj šerpi sledeće sastojke. 1 1/2 kašičice brašna, 1 1/2 kašičice gustina, 1 kašičicu sirćeta, 2 kašike vode i pola kafene kašičice senfa. Dobro promešati i nastaviti sa kuvanjem na tihoj vatri dok ne postane gusto(pazite da se ne stvore grudvice).
