Ukoliko, kao što rade Finci, uzmete po trećinu (nije bitan procenat, ovo je ilustracije radi) mesečnih primanja bogatašu i siromahu, bogataševe preostale dve trećine opet su veće od siromahovim preostalih, te dolazimo do zaključka da će opet bogatun lakše podneti kaznu. Bilo bi zanimljivo videti kako bi izgledale kazne koje bi se izricale tako da nakon plaćanja ostane određena (propisana) svota. E to bi bilo pravedno.
