I do recall that the Serbian Government signed Memorandum of Cooperation with IBM two years ago but as far as I can see it it seems to me that IBM is not upholding to that Memorandum nor it respects Serbian people. I'm working as an IT manager International development NGO, with yearly budget of approximately $10 mil. And trust me when I say that even though I've supported Linux as a OS and software choice for our projects I want do it anymore if I don't see some changes at your site in near future.
